Successfully planned residential subdivisions properly integrate existing site features and topography while maximizing the yield of usable land.  Subdivision design is not a “one size fits all solution” but rather a carefully thought out set of procedures that combine to meet a project’s objectives in terms of lot yield, green space, and most importantly to maximize sales potential.  Morrison-Shipley does not subscribe to a design style whereby neighborhood layouts are straight and boring!  We believe that subdivision designs should create a special living place for its occupants by drawing on unique characteristics of the site.
