The 4,000 SF branch, to be constructed near the intersection of East Sunshine Street and U.S. Highway 65, will be designed to obtain LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Hight-Jackson & Associates of Rogers is the architect, and MEP design services will be provided by HSA Engineering, Inc. of Fort Smith.
"We are pleased to once again be working with both Arvest and Hight-Jackson to develop Arvest sites in the four-state region", stated Morrison-Shipley's Project Manager, Larry Grelle. "This project continues 12 years of service Morrison-Shipley has provided on Arvest projects", he added.
