Surveyors Earn S.I. Licenses

Searcy & Fort Smith, AR -  Two members of Morrison-Shipley's survey staff, Jason Scheffer and Andy McCollum, have earned their Surveyor Intern (S.I.) licenses from the Arkansas State Board of Licensure for for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors.

Jason Scheffer, S.I., is a Survey Technician in Morrison-Shipley's Searcy office where he assists M-S' field crews on well pad and pipeline surveys in the Fayetteville Shale Play region. Jason is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello where he obtained a B.S in Spatial Information Systems (Surveying) in 2009.

Andrew (Andy) McCollum, S.I., is an Instrumentman in Morrison-Shipley's Fort Smith office where he works on a variety of survey assignments including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and oil & gas surveys.  Andy is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton where he obtained an A.A.S. in Land Surveying in 2009.
